Etude House WH004

Hey Everyone!!! The week is finally over and I am so excited about it! I am actually really tired today too. I didn't have coffee this morning so I spent most of my day tired.

Today Mr. Bruce Kittlee Master Ninja Warrior went to the vet to get neutered. He is actually doing well tonight. When I got home the bf was already on his way to work and I let Bruce out and he wandered around for quite awhile. He ate some of the dogs food and even jumped up on the kitchen counter. He is still slow and sleepy and not completely himself but he is doing good. I just had him laying on me for a bit but when I laid down I moved too much and he got up and left. He has some antibiotics to prevent infection and other than that the doctor said to just keep an eye on him and not to be concerned if he doesn't eat or use the litter box until tomorrow.

Unfortunately his visit at the doctor was not as easy as his recovery has been so far. We were told he had a huge fit and was the worst cat the vet tech has ever seen. The bf talked to the doctor tonight who also said he was quite bad. He would not let them anywhere near them and hissed and had a massive fit. They had to spray the anesthesia through the cage into his hissing mouth just to get him calm enough to approach him. Then they had to give him more to get him knocked out for the surgery. He was apparently pretty groggy when he first came home but he isn't so bad now. He and Dr. Henry are mortal enemies and I am not looking forward to the next vet visit at all lol.

Today I have a gorgeous polish for you. It is a Korean Brand called Etude House. I don't think it has a name but the number is WH004. I will warn you now that I wore this when I had to work outside in the warehouse and do tons of opening boxes and warehouse stuff. There is major tip wear.

WH004 is a gorgeous duo chrome. It is a teal blurple and is oh so pretty. Please excuse the very stained thumb nail.

I took a ton of pictures to try and show you the colors. You can see some of the blurple right under my thumb. It is so pretty and I love it inside most.

It is very blackened and dark looking and was nearly impossible to catch the colors on camera. I took tons of pictures trying but didn't go a great job of finding it.

I tried holding my hand at every angle. In this picture you can see a little of the purple/blue color trying to show on my ring finger where the middle finger is more green/teal.

Sometimes it just looks really dark.

The shimmer is gorgeous.

It looks like it is not smooth but it really is.

I know this is blurry but look how pretty it is.

I love this polish and definitely need to get more of these.

I have an exciting giveaway coming up. I am super excited about it and can't wait to show you. Stay tuned for that :)

That's all for now :)

  1. My Bailey is exactly the same way! I took her to a vet who is known for handling difficult animals well, but I got a phone call saying she was disturbing the other animals and I had to come pick her up ASAP! Apparently she was throwing herself against the cage, growling and hissing at everything in sight, and refused to pee for 12 hours, which was all she was there for! UGH!

Is Bruce Kittlee nice to visitors? Bailey hates everyone but us and her behavior at the vet is just an extention of that! She's TERRIBLE when people come over. Growling, hissing, attacking - it's so embarassing, plus we just don't want to deal with it, so we just stopped inviting people over! I hope your little one is at least friendly with guests! ;)

    <3 the nails! :D

  2. Awww between Bailey and Bruce I really feel bad for the vets lol. We don't really have many visitors with two legs (my bf brings dogs from the greyhound kennel over all the time). The last two we had were here for a few minutes and he liked the girl (he had met her when we first got him because the bf took him to the kennel for his co workers to check out) but he wanted nothing at all to do with her bf.

I felt so bad that they said he was horrible I can't imagine having them call me to come get him ASAP. Our main issue is he is a little aggressive with playing he bites hard and always attacks feet. When he wants me to wake up he will get in my face (he actually cut the bf's ear once) and meows then if I don't get up he bites my hands or feet.

How old is Bailey? oh and thanks too lol :)

  5. Wow, it's really a cat from hell;)) Can I have some of this magic fog spray for my kiddies??

No serious, poor little Brucie is totally traumatized by his vet appointments when he had his peeing issues:(

I love the Etude House bottles, they look nice in a cabinet but the hubby won't let me do it, no nail polish allowed outside the helmers, they intimidate him, hehehe

  6. Bruce is definitely a terror with the doctor!! He is being so nice and lovely now though. He wont' come up to you and sit with you but he lets us pet him whereas before he would bite you and attack your hand (he was playing but it was still annoying)He was definitely traumatized.

Uh oh tell him they are too pretty to be kept in the helmer! Mine don't all fit in my helmer and I get complaints because there is too much stuff on the floor. I tried to get another helmer but he complained we didn't have enough room and I didn't need it so I ignore his complaints now lol
