Are You Feelin' Froggy?

Hey Everyone! Today feels like it is dragging. I am also very hungry today. I ate my lunch and snacks and am STILL hungry. I hate those days. This morning I pulled several green polishes out to get ready for the coming days. I am so excited. I have a few ideas in mind but I keep searching more more inspiration. I just realized St. Patrick's Day is on a Sunday too. I have no idea what my point is about that though lol.

Today I have one of the polishes from Cult Nails 2012 Cult Fairy Tale Collection.

Cult Nails Feelin' Froggy.  As soon as I saw this polish I knew I had to have it. I love frogs and green and I needed it.

Due to my painting over the glitter gel mani I used four coats of Feelin' Froggy for this mani. It is on the sheer side and I didn't want any glitter showing through so I had to go with several coats.

Feelin' Froggy is a gorgeous green with a very pretty shimmer. You can see the shimmer in the sun picture above. The shimmer is really pretty and I LOVE the shade.

Cult Nails calls it a "muted kelly green" and I call it awesome.

I also took tons of pictures because I liked this polish a lot. I thought about just doing nail art over it and wearing it an extra day.

Sadly I didn't end up doing the nail art and instead had a very bad mani night and still regret not keeping Froggy on for another day.

Oh I am betting some nail art involving Barielle Date Night would have looked nice over this one.

I am also thinking I would really like a frappe right now or even a coffee. Maybe a chai tea? Ohhh with warm cookies. Can you tell I am hungry? I think I need to go drink a ton of water and stop thinking of food.

That's all for now :)

  1. I've been eyeing those Chocolate Chip Frappés on the Mc D's commercials, and they do seem tempting. This makes a great St Patty's Day color. You sure know how to stretch out your gelicure :-)

    1. Df brought me a frappe yesterday but I totally forgot they had a Chocolate Chip one! He brought me a mocha. It was yummy lol I rarely have them but once in awhile they are great treats.

It is a good St. Patrick's Day color isn't it? I really liked it a lot. My two manis since have caused me grief!

Lol my goal is to make it 14 days on each gelicure but at this point it doesn't happen yet. I can get around 10 usually but sometimes it is less. I haven't quite mastered that part lol As much as I love how the original gelicure looks I get bored way too easily lol
